Delve deeper into specific yoga poses proven to strengthen bone health during a YOGA206 BONE BOOST workshop.
Each workshop is an all-levels 60-minute mat and chair session. We will gently ease into the session to focus on specific poses with practice and discussion. Boost bone strength with a safe yoga practice of adapted poses. Practice movement and breath to benefit body and mind.

Class intended for participants of all levels, age fifty-plus. Participants must be able to safely sit on and rise from a mat. Mat and chair are required; strap, blocks and blanket are recommended.
Abby Contract's trainings include RYT 200 HR Yoga Alliance Certified and Yin Certification, Chair Yoga, and IAYT-Accredited Yoga for Bone Health Certification. YOGA206 offers a full service private and group yoga practice to boost bones, balance and brain
