Wait List Policy
When a program has reached its registration limit, a waiting list shall be started.
To be placed on the waiting list you must complete the registration form or register on-line. No payment will be collected at this time.
If an opening becomes available in a program, the potential participant will be given a time frame in which to respond. If no response is received in this time frame, the spot will be forfeited. Priority will be given to Lower Merion Township Residents in the order of which they registered, followed by Non-Residents in the same manner.
If you are unable to participate or are no longer interested in the program, please notify our office to remove your registration from the waiting list.
