Bootcamp with Your Baby is an exercise class where parents/caregivers use their babies as their equipment for a total body workout. Each session combines strength, cardio, and flexibility to support both the parent/caregiver and their little one.
With the baby as your workout partner, participants will push, squat, lift, and laugh through every rep – growing stronger together. It’s designed to give parents/caregivers freedom, strength, and confidence – a space where they can move, sweat, and show up for themselves and their little ones.
It’s not just a workout. It’s a joyful, empowering experience for both parents/caregivers and their babies with zero intimidation
Target Population
- Parents of young children (ages 8 weeks - 2 years old)
- Postpartum women returning to exercise
- Caregivers seeking community-based activities with young children
