Rhythmic gymnastics is a marvelous blend of traditional gymnastics, dance and ballet, with the use of apparatus such as ball, ribbon, clubs, rope, and hoop. This Olympic sport develops grace and beauty for young girls and challenges them to excel while making them skilled in ballet, dance, strength and coordination.
Beginners and competitive team members are welcome to join our rhythmic gymnastics classes and summer camps.
The mission of Bala Gymnastics is to encourage participation and pursuit of excellence in all aspects of rhythmic gymnastics.
Bala Gymnastics school welcomes young girls of all ages to explore the magical world of rhythmic gymnastics. Recreational classes and competitive team annual memberships are offered.

Participants can choose which class to attend based on the membership type that is purchased....
Mondays 5:00 - 6:00pm (Ages 6-14)
Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:30pm (Ages 3-6 and 6-14)
Thursdays 4:30 - 5:30pm (Ages 3-6 and 6-14)
Fridays 4:00 - 5:00pm (Ages 3-6)
Fridays 5:00 - 6:00pm (Ages 6-14)
Sundays 11:15am - 12:15pm (Ages 4-14)
About the Coaches
Our Rhythmic gymnastics professionals are all certified USAG coaches and members.
The instructors at Bala Gymnastics are also recognized internationally as RG and AGG judges members.
Coaches Anna Ivanova, Sedona Martin, Blayzen Carroll and Valeriya will train and select new competitive team members each season.
