Universal Rackets is a pickleball and tennis company that specializes in clinics, private instruction, tournaments for all ages and levels. All staff are PPR/USPTA certified. Our mission is simple: to teach tennis and pickleball to all levels and ages through structured, high energy, upbeat and personalized instruction.
Beginner Clinic: The Universal Rackets Beginner Pickleball Clinic will consist of learning serving and returning, how to keep score and rules, dinking and controlling the ball. Basic shot techniques and court positioning will be taught. The clinic is structured into segments, so each session builds off of the previous lesson. After the session is done, a student with no prior pickleball experience will turn into a confident player and be able to play fully on their own outside of class.
Beginner/Intermediate Clinics: The Universal Rackets Beginner/Intermediate Pickleball Clinic will consist of serving, shot techniques, strategy, rules & scoring. Sessions will go over how to control the kitchen, touch shots, backhand & forehand drives and offense - to - defense transitioning. Students will hone their dinking and block - volleying, paired with a vast understanding of court positioning to set up their partner for a put away poach overhead smash. Plenty of match play will be included.
Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Clinics: The Universal Rackets Advanced Beginner/Intermediate Pickleball Clinic will consist of serving, shot techniques, strategy, rules & scoring. Intermediate Plus Clinics: The Universal Rackets Intermediate Plus Pickleball Clinic will consist of strategy, repetition, high level tactics & techniques, specific in game drills & situations and plenty of match play. This clinic is for players who have a solid foundation of the basics and are looking to grow their game and/or compete in open play and leagues.
Make-up Policy
One make-up date will be guaranteed at the end of each session. If more than one class is cancelled, additional dates will not be added and a refund will not be issued.
