Geoventures is an outdoor programming company working with recreation departments and educational organizations to provide a variety of quality programs connecting children to nature. Our mission is to get more kids outside building knowledge and affection for nature through play.
Forts and Shelters Camp
Nothing beats a day building forts with friends! Together we ask “What makes a great shelter?” Learn about how to improve your designs for sturdiness, waterproofing, ventilation, insulation and material gathering, while creating awesome structures using imagination and teamwork.
Nature Chemists Camp
Learn about our world through outdoor explorations, and safe, nature-friendly science experiments! Using plants to cause magic color changes, playing with non-newtonian slimes, blowing giant bubbles, creating rainbow volcanoes and more!
Wild Skills Camp
Explore deeper outdoor skills like animal tracking, camouflage, lost-proofing, useful plants and more. Survive, thrive, and play in the wild world!
Nature Adventures Camp
Be explorers of the plant and animal world all around us. Together we’ll encounter creatures, identify prints and tracks, explore ecosystems, play stealthy games and hunt for natural treasures. Join us for a great adventure every day!
