Looking for an innovative way to move, connect to your body and others and release stress? Combining somatic awareness, cardiovascular benefits and mindful and expressive movement, this one-hour joy-fueled, non-impact dance-fitness experience is for every-body. Movements are adaptable to individual ability including those recovering from illness or injury or managing conditions. Based on The Nia Technique® , this class also builds flexibility, mobility, agility, stamina, balance, coordination and strength.

About the Insrtructor:
Sara Earl has been a professional movement facilitator for two decades and has led sessions in school, hospital, gym and studio environments. She strives to offer all the physical, emotional and spiritual gifts of body- and self-awareness gleaned through movement and connect others to the joy of dance. Sara started dancing at the age of three and went on to train in a number of styles and perform professionally. She has been a certified teacher of The Nia Technique® since 2000. As a Dance/Movement Therapist in-training, she continues a deeper study into the healing potential of movement
