BHLC
The Belmont Hills Lacrosse Club is a box lacrosse program designed to introduce elementary school players (ages 6-8) to box lacrosse. Players will learn fundamental stick skills, fundamental dodges (such as the face dodge, the roll dodge, the spin dodge, the bull dodge, and the split dodge), how to cradle, and offense and defense strategies.

Players will learn rules and strategy, off ball movement, defensive skills, offensive skills, and proper face off technique. Although this is a box lacrosse program, the fundamental skills developed will all carry over to the field lacrosse game.

Practices will be held on Wednesday nights under the lights on the hockey rink at McMoran Park, from 5:00 - 6:20pm.  The season runs from Wednesday, February 17 - April 21, 2021 (subject to change based on weather). All players receive a reversible mesh jersey, a sweatshirt, and sweatpants.  What to bring: stick, gloves, elbow pads, helmet, shoulder pads, and sneakers.
